Dear Youth Activists,
I am excited to announce that thus far I have gained more than 400 youth contacts for the Canadian Labour Congress youth specific listserv, and am anxious to add more!!!
Please help me by forwarding the following information onto your youth contacts to help to make for a more diverse youth network including both community and labour activists.

Dear Young Workers & Allies,
In order to build capacity for youth across Canada within the labour movement and their allies specifically, I am actively working on a Canadian Labour Congress Youth Listserv that will contain youth contacts from coast to coast.
A listserv by definition “is an e-mail device that sends the same message to a group of individuals interested in hearing about or discussing a given topic. A listserv’s advantage is its bi-directional flow, in other words, list members can e-mail a list to communicate back and forth with all members participating in the discussion.”
In order for the Canadian Labour Congress’s Youth Listserv to be a success, I need your help! Please circulate this letter among your youth contacts and encourage them to forward on their contact information to: eharrison[AT]clc-ctc.ca or (613) 521-3400 ext. 234 so that they can become part of the ongoing discussion.
REMEMBER: this listserv is incredibly important because it will allow for better communication between all youth across Canada to aid in ongoing campaigns and issues that directly pertain to youth!!
Thanking you in advance for your help and participation!
In solidarity always,
(613) 521-3400 ext. 234
